Working with GYSP

How does the Free Technical Brief work?

You tell us your challenge or goal — in as much or as little detail as you have. Within 48 hours, we send back a tailored brief covering architecture options, estimated timelines, team composition, and cost-saving opportunities. There's zero commitment — it's genuinely free and useful regardless of whether you engage us.

Who will actually work on my project?

Senior engineers and architects — every time. We don't staff projects with juniors or use your engagement as a training exercise. The people who scope your project are the same people who deliver it.

What engagement models do you offer?

We offer fixed-price project engagements, time-and-materials retainers, and staff augmentation (dedicated resource placement). For long-term partnerships, we also offer managed service agreements with SLA-backed uptime guarantees.

How quickly can you start?

For staff augmentation, we can typically place pre-vetted engineers within 7–14 days. For project engagements, we usually complete scoping and kick off within 2–3 weeks of agreement.

Can you migrate our existing infrastructure to the cloud?

How do you approach DevOps implementation?

How do you handle security in cloud architectures?

AI/ML & Data

Do you build custom AI/ML models or only integrate existing ones?

What does a data engineering engagement look like?

Typically: assessment of your current data sources and gaps, architecture design (data warehouse or lakehouse), pipeline development (batch or streaming), data quality implementation, and BI dashboard setup. We work with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, dbt, Airflow, and Kafka.

Pricing & Timelines

How do you price your services?

Pricing depends on the engagement type. Project engagements can be fixed-price (scoped upfront) or time-and-materials. Staff augmentation is priced per resource per month. We provide transparent cost breakdowns in every technical brief — no hidden fees.

How long do typical projects take?

It depends heavily on scope. A CI/CD pipeline redesign might take 4–6 weeks. A full cloud migration typically takes 3–6 months. A custom AI/ML product from concept to production typically takes 3–4 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline in your technical brief.
