Client Voices

What our clients say

We had strong clinicians and a proven business model but no technical co-founder. GYSP's Fractional CTO owned the architecture decisions, hired and managed the engineering team, and had us in production in five months. The cost was a fraction of a full-time hire — and the quality of decision-making was better than I expected.

COO, HealthTech Startup
We handed GYSP a Figma file and a requirements document. Sixteen weeks later, we had a production SaaS platform with 300 paying beta customers and no unplanned outages since launch. This is not the typical agency experience — they own outcomes, not just tickets.

Founder, PropTech SaaS Platform
We'd accumulated three years of technical debt that was starting to show in reliability. GYSP ran a strangler-fig migration — new services in parallel, traffic migrated incrementally — with zero downtime to clinical users. The platform now holds 99.97% uptime, which matters when clinicians depend on it around the clock.

FAQs

Common questions

Everything buyers typically ask before starting a product engineering engagement.

Ask us anything
How do you go from idea to MVP without burning through runway?

Discovery first — 2–3 weeks of user research, assumption mapping, and scope prioritisation before writing code. We cut everything that doesn't validate the core hypothesis. The MVP is the smallest thing that tells you whether the product works, not a polished v1.

Do you handle product design as well as engineering?

Yes — UX research, product design, and engineering are one integrated team. No handoff lag between design and dev. Designers are embedded in the same sprint cycle as engineers so the feedback loop is hours, not days.

How do you validate product assumptions before building?

Hypothesis-driven development: define the assumption, design the smallest test, measure the outcome, decide to build or pivot. Techniques include user interviews, prototype testing, concierge MVPs, and smoke tests. We don't start engineering until the top three assumptions are validated.

Can you integrate with our existing internal development team?

Yes. We operate as a product pod alongside your team — aligned on your rituals (standups, sprint reviews, retros) and your tools (Jira, Linear, Notion). We transfer knowledge continuously so your team owns the product when we scale down.

What does post-launch iteration look like?

We set up analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog) pre-launch so day-one data tells you what to iterate on. Post-launch we work in 2-week cycles — measure, prioritise, build, ship. The focus shifts from 'build it' to 'make it work better.'
