For Time & Material engagements, scope flexibility is built in. For Fixed Cost, we maintain a defined scope document and manage changes through formal amendments.
What's your approach to legacy system modernisation?
Strangler fig pattern — we never do a big-bang rewrite. New functionality is built on the modern architecture, legacy components are gradually replaced as traffic shifts, and the old system is decommissioned piece by piece. This keeps the business running throughout the migration.
Do you build for a specific tech stack or are you stack-agnostic?
